If there’s one thing all parents agree on, it’s this: they grow up way too fast. That’s exactly why I created this First Day / Last Day of School Template - a simple but meaningful way to press pause on the whirlwind of growing up and capture a few sweet snapshots of who your child is right now.

This printable template is designed to help you preserve those little details that make each year special. On the first day of school, your child fills out fun prompts about themselves - like their favorite color, what they want to be when they grow up, and what they're most excited for. On the last day of school, they fill it out again, and you can see just how much has changed (and maybe what’s stayed the same!).

There’s also a spot on the back to add a photo, write in the year and grade, and any other little notes you want to remember - like who their teacher was or what their best school memory was that year.
